Viewing Feedback
Per Article
- Open article in editor
- Click Analytics tab
- See helpful/not helpful counts
- View comments if any
Across All Articles
Go to Analytics → Knowledge Base for:
- Overall helpfulness rate
- Most helpful articles
- Least helpful articles
- Feedback trends
Acting on Feedback
Low Helpfulness
If an article has low ratings:
- Review the content
- Check if it answers the question
- Update or expand information
- Verify accuracy
Feedback Comments
Read customer comments for:
- What's missing
- What's confusing
- What needs updating
