Front Wheel Won't Spin
The front wheel of all Levy and Levy Plus scooters is the vehicle's motor. If the front motor is unable to spin freely or 'locks up' while riding, there is likely an issue with the motor. Damaged on the hall sensor or hall sensor wire that leads into the motor are difficult repairs that are more costly to fix than just replacing the entire motor.
Please note that 'locking up' of the front motor is different than an unresponsive motor. If the scooter is not accelerating when the throttle is engaged or is cutting out while ridding, these are different issues that are likely not due to the front motor. If you are unsure about what is going on with your scooter, please use the support form on our website\ or reach out to support@levyelectric.com to get more information.
