Registering your scooter
When you receive your electric scooter, please register your serial numbers using this form.
The serial number for the scooter is on a sticker on the bottom of the scooter.
If you cannot find a sticker on the bottom of the scooter's baseboard, please use the serial number for the front motor. This will be a long string of letters/numbers on the right side of the front wheel.
The battery's serial number is just bellow the bar code. For the Levy scooter the bar code is on a white sticker towards the bottom of the battery. For the Levy Plus the bar code is on a black sticker at the top of the battery.
