Motor / Controller / Top Unit Compatibility and Versions
The Levy and Levy Plus electric scooters have different component versions that must be used together to ensure proper compatibility.
Specifically, the LCD panel inside the Top Unit and the Motor Controller both must have matching versions to ensure proper functionality.
When ordering replacement components, please reach out to our support team first with your order number so we can verify the version of your scooter and which components need to be purchased.
