Water Damage
The Levy and Levy Plus scooters have a IP54 waterproof rating, meaning the scooter can withstand light rain for short periods of time.
If your Levy has been exposed to heavy rain or water and is not turning on or operating properly, remove the battery and let both the battery and the scooter stand in an indoor setting for at least 24 hours before attempting to turn on again. Allowing the scooter to dry off completely before turning it on will help avoid possible damage. If the scooter will not turn on after 48 hours please reach out to support@levyelectric.com to ask about other troubleshooting options.
