How do you open the Segway Battery Compartment?

If the battery compartment cover was locked without a battery in it, or you can't get the battery out with App (In condition of Low power, Over discharged, not able to exit the transport mode, etc.).
Tools needed: T20 bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit.
