What is the top speed and range of the scooters?
Our rental scooters are capable of speed up to 18mph, but in most locations this is limited to 15mph. This is a programmable setting in our system that can be adjusted based on local regulations.
The average range for these scooters is 20 miles, which is usually more than enough for a full day of riding. The charge time for each scooter is around 4 hours from empty battery to a full charge.

Yes, our scooters are equipped with headlights and tail lights that must be turned on after sunset. To turn on the headlights / tail lights quickly double tap the menu button located on the throttle. The menu button is the top button with three horizontal lines, pictured below.
How Do I Turn Off My Scooter
Rental scooters do not need to be turned off while unused. If you are not using it, please lock it through your app - this will keep it connected to rental fleet and put it into a park (low power) mode which will not drain the battery.
