Unlocking the scooter
In order to unlock an electric scooter through our app, your account will need to be activated and you will need to be at a location with available scooters. You can check the app to see scooters that are available to rent, as well as the current battery life.
To start a rental, select the scooter you wish to ride and click "Unlock Now".
Upon starting your rental, a temporary $50 deposit hold will be put on your card. This will be released back to your card on file once your return the scooter without damage.
All trip charges will be invoiced at the end of the trip based on the duration of the rental. For pricing information, please reference the mobile app as this contains the latest information on rental fees for all of our vehicles.
