How safe are the battery packs?
Our battery packs are contained in a fireproof, UL certified casing. Our BMS (battery management system) will also prevent overcharging. As soon as the light on your charger turns green (indicating a full charge) there will be no additional current directed towards the cells of the battery pack.

Yes, our scooters are equipped with headlights and tail lights that must be turned on after sunset. To turn on the headlights / tail lights quickly double tap the menu button located on the throttle. The menu button is the top button with three horizontal lines, pictured below.
How Do I Turn Off My Scooter
Rental scooters do not need to be turned off while unused. If you are not using it, please lock it through your app - this will keep it connected to rental fleet and put it into a park (low power) mode which will not drain the battery.
