How long will it take to get my scooter?
All orders are processed immediately after payment is collected and ships from one of our warehouses. Currently our warehouse are located in California, New York and Toronto. Shipping time ranges from 5-7 business days using FedEx Ground. At this time we are unable to offer expedited shipping options on electric scooters or battery packs.
Shipments to Canada may take an addition 2 - 3 business days to process due to customs filing.
