Unlocking and Using Scooters for Personal Use
When transporting or using the scooters for personal use - simply change the state from Active -> Transportation on the Levy Fleets dashboard.
This will unlock the scooter and disable the anti-theft properties on the vehicle to allow it to be transported or driven without the alarm activating.
If you attempt to just unlock the scooter without changing the state - our system will assume the scooter has been unlocked without authorization and will activate an alarm as well as email and text alerts.
