How do I process a return?
Most Levy Electric returns can be started online in just a couple of minutes through our self-service return portal. Have your order number and the email address used on the order ready.
Start your return here: Levy Electric Return Portal. Enter your order number and email, select the item(s) you'd like to return and a reason, then submit. You'll receive a confirmation email, and once your return is approved we'll send you a return shipping label.
Returns must be started within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (20% if the item has been used), plus the cost of return shipping.
Purchases made through a third-party vendor (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) must be returned through that vendor instead of Levy Electric.
If your order is outside the return window, or you run into any trouble with the portal, just reply to this email or contact Levy Support and we'll be glad to help.

Cancelling after an order has shipped: our scooters and batteries are HAZMAT (lithium batteries) and cannot be rerouted once shipped. Either refuse the delivery (it returns to us automatically) or accept it and request a return label.
