How do I process a return?

The return process can be started using this link: https://shop.levyelectric.com/tools/returns
- Please note that all returns are subject to 10% restocking fee (20% if the item is used) along with the cost of the return shipping.
- Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving the item.
- If the item was made through a 3rd party, you must initiate a return through the vendor you purchase the item from, not levyelectric.com
