How do I process a return?
To start a Levy Electric return, contact Levy Support with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Our team reviews the order, delivery date, item condition, and policy eligibility, then sends a return label directly when the return is approved.
- Return labels are generated by Levy Support through ShipWave/Relay. Do not use the old Shopify self-service return portal.
- Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, or 20% if the item is used, plus the return shipping cost.
- If the purchase was made through a third-party vendor, the return must be started through that vendor instead of Levy Electric.
