Trade-in / Upgrade
While we do not offer trade-ins, we do offer existing customers the ability to upgrade to a new scooter after 2 years at a discounted rate.
After 2 years - many components on the scooter will begin needing recommended replacements: including tires, brakes, and fastening joints based on the level of wear and tear. Batteries will also start to loose more significant capacity at this time.
We offer customers to the option to upgrade at 25% off our normal pricing. Additionally, if a customer wishes to keep their existing battery we will also deduct the retail cost of the battery from their purchase price.
For example, a customer upgrading to a Levy Plus ($749) would be eligible to purchase at $561. If they chose to purchase without the battery pack, the cost would be further reduced to $375.
