Levy Rental App: Wallet
The wallet feature on Levy's rental app is a new addition to the rental flow designed to make payments easier and more consistent for customers. The wallet allows customers to add a balance or 'credits' to their account so rides can be charged from their wallet balance rather than directly form their credit card. Wallets also allow partners to run promotions and offer 'bonus credits' for new customers or special events.
Credits do not expire.
Credits are valid at all Levy rental locations.
Auto top-ups are not required but are recommended.
Promotional "bonus" credits are non-refundable.
Top-up amounts are restricted to the three options shown
