If you are having issues with your scooter and cannot immediately resolve them using our online articles or videos, please reach out for support. Our support ticketing system can be found here. If we deem that your scooter is in need for repairs, you will need to get the scooter to us. Costs for repair jobs can be found here.
If you are local in NYC, we have a full service repair store at 143 Ludlow Street, New York, NY. If not, we have other locations in the US where we can have your scooter repaired.
Please DO NOT ship your scooter to us without first reaching out through the support ticket system. Any items sent to us without first being documented will be refused and sent back.
If you are in the NYC area or can travel there, we can provide service at our Manhattan location. When you enter the store, you may be asked to provide an explanation of the problems you are having and an associate will give you an initial diagnostic. If it's not a simple adjustment issue, it will need to get checked in for repairs.
When you check in your scooter, you will need to provide the email address used when the scooter was purchased and phone number. You can also provide an order number as well. The associate will record the type of issue along with additional details. The associate can also provide the price for repairs. If additional problems are found during your repairs, a note will be marked in your repair file but they will not be made without explicit permission.
Once your scooter has been checked in, a repair ID number will be assigned to your scooter. You will be emailed a copy of the intake information. A link will also be provided in the email linking you to your repair sheet. This will allow you to see the latest updates to your repair.
Repairs usually take a few days to complete. Some jobs require us to order in parts in order to complete your repair. This can delay the time it takes to complete the repair. Repairs can not be completed on the same day that they are dropped off.
Shipped Repairs - In Warranty
If your scooter is still under the manufacture's 6 month warranty and you'd rather ship the scooter to us, please contact us with a description of your problem, pictures and videos, and what you have already tried. If we determine that the scooter needs to be brought in for repairs, we will provide you with a shipping label at no cost to you. This process will take around 3 weeks from when you ship to us, due mostly to shipping and logistics.
Shipped Repairs - Out of Warranty
If your scooter is out of warranty and you'd rather ship the scooter to us, please contact us with a description of your problem, pictures and videos, and what you have already tried. If we determine that the scooter needs to be brought in for repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Levy. You can check out our shipping application at this link. This process will take around 3 weeks from when you ship to us, due mostly to shipping and logistics.
Non-Levy Scooter Repairs
If you have a scooter that needs repair and it is not a Levy Scooter, we require that you contact us with the repair details prior to coming in. The customer must supply the parts and components necessary to complete the work. We do not do diagnostics on scooter brands that are not ours.
