Troubleshooting

"View shows no tickets"

  • Your saved filters might be too restrictive
  • Tickets matching the criteria may have changed status
  • Check if filters are still valid (e.g., deleted tags)

"Can't edit shared view"

  • Only admins can edit shared views
  • Ask an admin to make changes
  • Or create your own private version

"View not syncing across devices"

  • Views are organization-specific, not device-specific
  • Check you're in the same organization
  • Try refreshing the browser

"Filters reset when I leave"

  • Make sure you clicked Save View, not just applied filters
  • Temporary filters reset when you navigate away
  • Check the view name is selected in sidebar

Tips for Power Users

  1. Create a "Now" view: Your current priority focus

  2. Archive old views: Delete views you no longer use

  3. Use views for reports: Views + export = quick reports

  4. Keyboard shortcut: 1-9 jumps to first 9 views

  5. Combine with Smart Inbox: Views work in all layout modes
