Shopify Order Data

Access complete order information directly in support tickets.

Order Display

In Ticket Sidebar

Recent orders show:

  • Order number
  • Total amount
  • Status (Paid, Shipped, Delivered)
  • Date

Order Details

Click an order to see:

  • Line items with images
  • Shipping address
  • Tracking information
  • Payment method
  • Notes
  • Fulfillment status

Using Order Context

Common Scenarios

Customer asks "Where's my order?"

  1. See order in sidebar
  2. Click for tracking info
  3. Share status with customer

Customer wants a refund

  1. Find order
  2. Review items
  3. Process refund if appropriate

Customer received wrong item

  1. View order details
  2. Check what was ordered
  3. Compare to complaint
  4. Take appropriate action

Order Actions

View in Shopify

Click View in Shopify to open the order in Shopify admin.

Copy Order Number

Quick copy for referencing in replies.

Track Shipment

If tracking available, click to view carrier status.


Order Search

Find specific orders:

  1. Open customer profile
  2. Search by order number
  3. Or filter by date/status
