Setting Up Integrations

General Process

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find the integration you want
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authorize access (OAuth)
  5. Configure settings
  6. Test the connection

Required Permissions

Each integration requires specific permissions:

  • Email: Read/send access
  • Shopify: Customer and order read access
  • Stripe: Payment read access
  • etc.

Managing Integrations

Viewing Status

Go to Settings → Integrations to see:

  • Connected integrations
  • Connection status (active/error)
  • Last sync time

Reconnecting

If an integration disconnects:

  1. Click on the integration
  2. Click Reconnect
  3. Re-authorize if needed

Removing

To disconnect:

  1. Click on the integration
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. Confirm removal
