Admin Access

Who Can Access

  • Organization admins have full access
  • Team leads may have limited settings access
  • Agents cannot access admin settings

Getting to Settings

Click Settings in the main navigation (gear icon).

Common Admin Tasks

Adding a New Team Member

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click + Invite User
  3. Enter email
  4. Select role
  5. Send invitation

Changing Business Hours

  1. Go to Settings → Business Hours
  2. Edit schedule
  3. Add holidays
  4. Save changes

Updating Widget Appearance

  1. Go to Settings → Widget
  2. Customize colors/text
  3. Preview changes
  4. Save and publish
