Wholesale Ordering Guide

Getting set up

After a partner is approved and signs the distributor agreement, they get a welcome email with a link to activate their store account. They click it, set a password, and their account is permanently tied to their wholesale pricing. If the activation link expired, reply to the welcome email and we send a fresh one.

How to place an order

1. Log in at https://shop.levyelectric.com/account/login with the wholesale account.

2. Add products to the cart like a normal order (scooters, batteries, parts, accessories).

3. Check out — wholesale pricing is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout. No codes needed.

Important: the partner must be logged in for wholesale pricing to apply. Guest checkout is charged full retail.

Wholesale pricing (Tier 1)

• Levy Light scooter: 30% off (1–4 units), 32% (5–9), 33% (10–19), 34% (20+).

• Levy Plus scooter: 32% off (1–4 units), 33% (5–9), 35% (10–19), 37% (20+).

• Parts & accessories (chargers, tires, locks, helmets, controllers, etc.): 28% off.

• Batteries: 15% off up to 19 units, 17% at 20+, 19% at 30+, 20% at 40+, 22% at 50+.

• Everything else: 15% off.

Quantity breaks apply automatically per product, so the cart always shows the best available price. No order minimum.

Dropshipping to their customers

Partners can ship an order directly to their own customer by entering the customer address at checkout. Orders shipped to the partner’s own address get full wholesale pricing; scooters shipped directly to a customer still receive a strong wholesale discount. For regular dropship programs or large batches, contact partners@levyelectric.com.

Payment, shipping & minimums

• Order minimum: none.

• Payment: standard checkout, card at time of order (no net terms).

• Shipping: standard rates calculated at checkout by destination.

Troubleshooting

• Seeing retail prices: the partner is not logged in, or checked out as a guest. Log in first, then re-add items.

• Forgot password: use “Forgot password” on the login page; wholesale pricing stays tied to the account.

• Activation link expired: reply to the welcome email for a fresh one.

• A discount looks wrong on a specific item: email partners@levyelectric.com with the product and quantity.
