What happens if a scooter is lost / stolen?
If a scooter is stolen from your property, please alert Levy Support as soon as possible. Some rental fleet scooters are equipped with GPS locators and real-time location data can be shared with authorities.
Unless a scooter is being rented by and active user, it will not be possible to move the scooter without the alarm going off. While this provides a high level of theft-prevention, we recommend keeping scooters in an indoor location overnight that the public does not have access to.
If a user who has rented the scooter does not return it and it goes missing, they will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the vehicle. Any billing and collections will be handled by Levy in the rare case this were to happen.
