How fast can the electric scooters go?
Each Levy electric scooter is capable of speeds up to 18mph. Maximum speeds can vary depending on rider weight and surface incline. Our rated speeds are based on a 170 lb rider operating the scooter on a flat, paved surface.
The speed limit comes unrestricted on each scooter, meaning there is no way to upgrade or modify the firmware to increase the speed limit. You can, however, reduce the maximum speed by follow instructions here.

Yes, our scooters are equipped with headlights and tail lights that must be turned on after sunset. To turn on the headlights / tail lights quickly double tap the menu button located on the throttle. The menu button is the top button with three horizontal lines, pictured below.
How Do I Turn Off My Scooter
Rental scooters do not need to be turned off while unused. If you are not using it, please lock it through your app - this will keep it connected to rental fleet and put it into a park (low power) mode which will not drain the battery.
