Can the Levy handle hills / inclines?
Yes, but the max speed will likely be reduced depending on rider weight. We recommend not attempting to ride long distances above a 15% grade as it will deplete battery charge quickly.

Yes, our scooters are equipped with headlights and tail lights that must be turned on after sunset. To turn on the headlights / tail lights quickly double tap the menu button located on the throttle. The menu button is the top button with three horizontal lines, pictured below.
How Do I Turn Off My Scooter
Rental scooters do not need to be turned off while unused. If you are not using it, please lock it through your app - this will keep it connected to rental fleet and put it into a park (low power) mode which will not drain the battery.
