What is the return policy?
Online orders can be returned for a refund within the first 14-days of delivery date. Restocking Fees will apply, and buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please click the link to see our full return policy.
All refunds that are issued by Levy Electric will be credited back to the original payment method used on your purchase. If your product was purchased in-store you must reach out to the retailer where the product was purchased and follow their refund policy.
If you need to cancel an order, note that our scooters and batteries ship as regulated hazardous materials (lithium batteries) and cannot be rerouted or intercepted once shipped. To cancel after shipping, refuse the delivery (it returns to us automatically) or accept it and contact us for a return label — see Canceling & Changing an Order for details.
