Replacing SIM card on Okai Fleet Scooters / Bikes
ZK1xx Series Disassembly and Cleaning SIM Card Operation Instructions
1. Tools Required:
- Electric screwdriver (0-10kgf.cm)
- Electrostatic gloves
- Computer
- Serial cable
- SSCOM tools
2. Precautions:
- Wear electrostatic gloves to prevent static electricity damage.
- Set the electric screwdriver torque as required to avoid equipment damage.
- Work on one unit at a time to avoid confusion with labels or SIM cards.
3. Operation Steps:

Remove the ZK105 Central Control Unit:
- Adjust the electric screwdriver's torque (as provided by the car manufacturer).
- Remove the fixing screws and take out the equipment.

Remove the ZK105 Central Control Housing Screws:
- Set the torque to 2.8±0.2kgf.cm and remove the screws sequentially.

Remove Labels:
- Partially remove the labels on both sides to avoid confusion with other devices.

Remove the Bottom Case:
- Separate the bottom and front cases carefully to avoid damaging the battery cable or connector.

Remove SIM Card:
- Unlock and open the SIM card cover, then take out the SIM card.

Clean SIM Card and Card Holder:
- Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the SIM card chip and card holder. Wipe in one direction from the base to the tip of the shrapnel.

Assemble the Bottom Case:
- Reassemble the bottom and front cases, tighten the screws in the marked order, and apply the label to complete.

Test SIM Card Detection:
- After reassembly, reconnect the IoT to the vehicle or an external power source.
- Use the ZK manager tool to verify the SIM card detection by reading the ICCID.
