Canceling & Changing an Order

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped, so once an order is placed we usually cannot change or cancel it.

Because our scooters and batteries ship as regulated hazardous materials (HAZMAT / lithium batteries), once an order has shipped it cannot be rerouted, held, or intercepted — carriers do not allow address changes or recalls on dangerous-goods shipments. If you need to cancel after it has shipped, you have two options:

  • Refuse the delivery. Decline the package at the door and the carrier returns it to us automatically. Once it is received and inspected, we issue your refund (less the return shipping cost and restocking fee).

  • Accept it and start a return. Contact us and we will send a prepaid return label.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee (20% if the item shows signs of use) plus return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the package will be returned to us and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
