What is required during registration and how is security checked?
Users signing up for the first time will be required to input their full name, address, email, phone, and credit card.
Levy uses a third party identity verification service to validate all information before enabling their account. If additional information is needed to verify their account, Levy support will reach out directly to the customer.
Additionally, before the start of each trip a $50 deposit hold will be ran on their card to ensure funds are available for final invoicing at the end of the trip.
Any suspicious accounts or accounts that have failed payments, damaged scooters, etc will be blocked and require reactivation by Levy customer support.
