Customers
The customer page allows you to search for specific riders by their name or email address. When you click on a customer, you will be shown their details including name, email address, and phone number as well as the image they submitted of their driver’s license. The customer trip tab will show you all of the customer’s previous trips as well as the trip they are currently on (if applicable). The invoice tab will show you both paid and unpaid invoices. From the trip tab, you can click into a specific trip and see the details mentioned in Trips and Reservations. The action menu on the upper right-hand side of the customer page gives you an option to block a customer. This is a recommended measure if customers are regularly returning damaged scooters or failing to pay their invoices.
