Removing / Inserting the battery on the Levy Plus
When removing the battery on the Levy Plus:
Pull the spring latch out, and lift the battery vertically straight up as high as it can go.
Pull the battery horizontally out of the stem of the scooter.
When inserting the battery back in:
Start from the very top of the scooter's stem and slide the battery into place horizontally.
Push the battery straight down until you hear it click into place.
Inserting or removing the battery improperly can result in the connection pins on the controller to become dislodged, especially when forcibly removing the battery at an angle instead of horizontally:
