To turn on the lights, double tap the menu button on the throttle. Double tapping again will turn them off. Please note, the blinking taillight will always be activated as a safety feature when applying the hand brake.

The tail light on my scooter only lights if I activate the headlight and when using the brake contrary to what you specify here. Have you changed the specs so that the tail light doesn't presently blink if the scooter is active or do I need to get something adjusted or fixed?
