•Needle nose pliers
•8mm wrench
•Brake jig
Front Brake Function Adjustment
1. Initial Setup:
Hold the left brake handle three times, then loosen the M5 nut and adjust the turn adjusting nut.
2. Adjustment Procedure:
•Power On:
•Clamp the left brake handle using the 33mm end of the brake jig.
•Ensure the outside of the brake jig is flush with the root of the round head at the top of the brake handle.
•The rear light should flash.
•Hold the stem and push the scooter in parallel; the front wheel should be able to turn.
•Power Off:
•Clamp the brake handle with the 30mm end of the brake jig, positioning it as before.
•Hold the stem and push the scooter in parallel; the front wheel should not turn, and the rear wheel should be cocked.
3. Final Step:
Fasten the M5 nut using the 8mm wrench and the needle nose pliers. Tighten to: 5.5±0.5 N·m.
Rear Brake Function Adjustment
1. Initial Setup:
Hold the right brake handle three times, then loosen the M5 nut and adjust the turn adjusting nut.
2. Adjustment Procedure:
•Power On:
•Clamp the right brake handle using the 33mm end of the brake jig.
•Ensure the outside of the brake jig is flush with the root of the round head at the top of the brake handle.
•The rear light should flash.
•Hold the stem and push the scooter backward in parallel; the rear wheel should be able to turn.
•Power Off:
•Clamp the brake handle with the 30mm end of the brake jig, positioning it as before.
•Hold the stem and push the scooter backward in parallel; the rear wheel should not turn, and the front wheel should be cocked.
3. Final Step:
Fasten the M5 nut using the 8mm wrench and the needle nose pliers. Tighten to: 5.5±0.5 N·m.
