Warranty policy for Distributors

Warranty. Manufacturer warrants that the electric scooters will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of shipment. If a defect in material or workmanship arises within the Warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide replacement components to the distributor, or replace the unit if the issue is not isolated to any known components of the Products.  Manufacturer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the electric scooters. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair by the Distributor or any third party.

Post-Purchase Support. Manufacturer shall provide Distributor with reasonable post-purchase support, including technical assistance and training, in connection with the sale and distribution of the Products. Distributor shall be responsible for providing customer support to end-users of the electric scooters, including handling any warranty claims or customer complaints. Manufacturer shall provide Distributor with reasonable assistance in resolving any customer complaints or warranty claims.

Components After Warranty Period. After the Warranty period, Manufacturer shall provide Distributor with components necessary to repair or maintain the electric scooters at Distributor's request and at Distributor's expense. The cost of such components will be provided at cost, with a rate of 28% off retail pricing, and shall be invoiced by Manufacturer to Distributor. Manufacturer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide such components within a reasonable time after Distributor's request. Manufacturer shall not be responsible for any defects or problems arising from the repair or maintenance of the electric scooters by Distributor or any third party after the Warranty period. Distributor shall be responsible for all costs associated with the repair or maintenance of the electric scooters after the Warranty period.
