What parts of the operation will I need to manage myself?

The Levy Fleet program is meant to be as low-touch as possible for building owners. The following will be provided by our team: 

  • User signup and registration, and all app-based rental reservations
  • Payment Processing
  • Identify Verification
  • Terms and Liability waiver signed through the app
  • Phone and Email support through the app
  • Designated pick up and drop off instructions via the app
  • FAQs and instructions for first time riders
  • End of trip prompts to plug back into the charger and report any damage. 

The main thing we ask our partners to provide is general oversight of the scooters. Specifically, making sure that they are plugged back into the chargers each night and that all scooters are accounted for.
