Trips and Reservations

                The trips page will show you all of the trips taken with scooters in your fleet. This can be filtered to allow you to see all the trips taken by a specific customer or all of the trips taken on a specific scooter. Click into a specific trip to see details such as a map view with the route taken, cost, distance, duration, customer information, and starting and ending points. If the customer rated the trip, you can see this here as well. If the trip you are viewing is currently in progress, you can end it by clicking the red “end observation” button on the right-hand side of the top of the page. This is useful for when a customer’s phone may die during the ride, preventing them from ending the ride themselves through the Levy app.
