In the case a user damages, misplaces, or violates the terms of a rental agreement and should be charged a fee, this can be imposed directly from the customer's account page as seen below.
We also recommend recording the reason for the Fee under the Customer Notes. This will enable our support team to effectively resolve any fee disputes that are added.
If the customer's balance is already negative and you need to add an additional fee - you will have to use the "Reduce Balance" feature.
