The Levy app will automatically prompt someone to leave feedback in-app after the ride is completed. This will be a quick 1-5 star review collected.
After the ride history is imported into our internal system, we will look at any negative feedback ratings and send a follow up email asking them for additional information on what went wrong and how we can improve our service.
For any positive ratings, we will send them a follow up email asking them to leave a formal review on 3rd party local websites like Google Maps or Yelp.
